And God Said No
By Claudia Minden Weisz

Inspired & Added Issues By Gary DeVaney

Omnipotent God

I asked God to take away my pride, and God said, "NO!" He said it was not for Him to take away, but for me to give up.

I did give up pride in being a Christian long ago.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole, and God said, "NO!" He said, "Her spirit is whole, and her body is only temporary!"

Leviticus 21:17-21 God commanded: Any one with a handicap shall not profane God’s sanctuary.

Numbers 5:1-3 God moves all the sick, suffering people away from the camp, as God can't stand to dwell near them.

Oops! We don't want believers to know the Biblical God's personal feelings toward the sick or the handicapped!

I asked God to give me happiness, and God said, "NO!" He said, He gives blessings; happiness is up to me!

And if God gives you sickness and some handicaps instead of blessings; happiness is still up to you.

Unhappiness

I asked God to grant me patience, and God said, "NO!" He said, that patience is a by-product of tribulation; it isn't granted, it's earned!

The confusion and pain from tribulations always please Me whether you learn from them or not.

Patience is much like virtue in that as it is categorical time lost and it is saving categorical things for the worms.

The confusion and pain from frustration and tribulation always pleases God whether you learn from them or not.

Tribulation

I asked God to give me happiness, and God said, "NO!" He said, He gives blessings; happiness is up to me!

God views that happiness is having your way - not God's way. God is more pleased when you are not happy and you grovel, beg and plead hopelessly to God. That’s God's way. If you fanatically plead and grovel to God's satisfaction on Earth, God may let you plead and grovel to Him in Heaven for eternity.

I asked God to spare me pain, and God said, NO! He said, "Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares, and brings you closer to Me!"

The more you suffer to beg God - the more that it is all for God's pleasure.

Pain

I asked God to make my spirit grow, and God said, "NO!" He said, I must grow on my own, but He will prune me to make me more fruitful!

The more the pruning hurts you, the more it is all for God's pleasure.

God does not change. God is in control. Your spirit is as whole on Earth or in Heaven or in Hell as God wills it to be. God's will be done.

Spirit

I asked God if He loved me, and God said, "YES!!!" He gave His only Son who died for me, and I will be in Heaven someday because I believe!

God planned and arranged for the painful torture and the deadly slaughter of God's only Son just to let every believer know how loving God is.

God's Love?

I asked God to help me love others as much as He love me, And God said, "Ahhhh, finally ~ you have the idea!"

God will probably love you as much as God loved His own Son and God will arrange for you to love others with the same painful intent.

Extra:

I asked God to take away my habit and God said: “No!” It is not for Me to take away, but for you to give it up.

God is omnipotent, in control. God gave the habit to you and God already knows whether you will or will not give the habit up. If the habit God gave you controls you, know that it is God who is controlling you. It’s simple, God give you sin and then God punishes you for having sin. If you or others suffer from God's gift - that gives God pleasure. If your will can break the habit, you are smarter and stronger than God is. You are not to defy God. Suffer your habit for God's pleasure.

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life and God said: “No”! I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.

But, if you want to enjoy your life instead of to suffer and sacrifice for God's pleasure - God will give you pain on Earth and then pain for eternity in Hell.

I asked God if I will have "free will" in Heaven and God said "No!" I do not change. Why would I allow you to have something in Heaven that I did not allow you to have while on Earth.

Free will?
