God Said: "No!"
I asked God to take away my habit.
God said: “No!” It is not for Me
to take away, but for you to give it up.
(I, God, am omnipotent. I gave
the habit to you and I already know whether you can or can not give the habit up. If the habit I gave you controls
you, know that it is I, God, Who is controlling you. It’s simple. I give you sin and then I punish you for having
it. If you or others suffer from My gift - that gives Me pleasure.)
I asked God to make my handicapped
child whole.
God said: "No!" His spirit
is whole, his body is only temporary.
(My will is to be done on Earth
as it is in Heaven. I don’t change. I am in control - so his spirit is as whole on Earth or in Heaven or in Hell as
I will it to be. I control. You don’t. My will be done.)
I asked God to grant me patience.
God said: “No!” Patience
is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned.
(The confusion and pain from
tribulations always please Me whether you learn from them or not.)
I asked God to spare me pain.
God said: "No"! Suffering
draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.
(The more you suffer and beg to
Me – the more I like that.)
I asked God to give me happiness.
God said: “No”!
I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you.
(Happiness is having your
way - not My way. I am more pleased when you are not happy and you grovel, beg and plead hopelessly to Me. That’s
My way. If you fanatically plead and grovel to My satisfaction on Earth, I may let you plead and grovel in Heaven for eternity.)
I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said: “No”!
You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.
(The more the pruning hurts you,
the more it is all for My pleasure.)
I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.
God said: “No”!
I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.
(Because you want to enjoy your
life instead of to suffer for my pleasure - I will give you pain.)
I asked God if I will have "free will" in Heaven.
God said: "No!" I do not
change so - why would think that I would allow you to have something in Heaven that I did not allow you to have
on while on Earth.
I asked God to help
me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.
God said... Ahhhh, finally
you have the idea.
(I love giving you pain –
so, that you, in turn, give pain to others - all for my pleasure.)
