Freedom of Speech

In the United States of America, freedom of speech is a constitutional and a
civil right.
Freedom of speech includes judgments - that you may not like.
If you defend freedom of speech, you defend spoken views that you do not
like. You are in favor of freedom of speech for precisely the views you despise. Otherwise, you are not in favor of
freedom of speech.
The state does not have the right to authoritatively determine historical “truths”
/ "facts" nor the right to punish people who challenge or deviate from those “truths” / "facts" or those
who don’t agree with the state.
The speech and language you use must have meaning - to be useful.
In freedom of speech, you defend the person’s right to speak freely his views
instead of defending the views he speaks of. Defending his right to express his views instead of defending the views he expressed.
Religion, in contrast, tries to stop your freedom of speech in favor of converting
you to their religious dogma. Religion demands that you stop freethinking and to start believing / obeying.

In defending freedom of speech, I do not defend your specific views. I do defend
your right to express them.
I may not like or support what you say. I do support your right to say it.
Gary DeVaney: Having freedom of speech includes the right to say what one views
to be evil. I personally view that the Bible and its God both qualify to be evil by evidence of documented Bible chapters
and verses.
My Bible study became an agenda to better understand the world - to
make the world better. My findings are: "The Bible is not a good book and its God is not a good model
for humanity." My freedom of speech opinion is: To make the world a better place, it is time that the Bible and its God were
retired and made obsolete as they contributed heavily as to why man treats man so cruelly. Drying up the collection plate
will assist this reality.
These are my findings as to what I have learned and my views concerning them.
You have no obligation to study, or learn from what I have researched.
I am the only thinker in my universe. After intense study, I have decided these
things for myself. You are the only thinker in your universe. You are free to decide for yourself.
Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear:

US Constitutional law allows citizens to claim the assistance of government courts when someone has wronged us - even
if that someone is stronger, wealthier or more popular. In America, by constitution, when the wronged
party sues an offending party, they both stand equally in front of the blind bar of justice. The great and powerful
can protect themselves but the weak need the arm and shield of the law to protect them. We have progressed from the rule
of gods, chiefs, monarchs, emperors, kings, clergy, presidents and tyrants to the use of law. Religious egos would have us
obey the assumed authority of their fictitious gods. If we support that ego’s god - we empower that ego. Primitive religion,
the creation of consequential gods, was invented to obtain power and profit over primitive people.
Brainwashed: Is someone you know brainwashed? For one to be brainwashed is for one to be possessed by a belief
which makes them an automaton to a mind-set. It’s a condition that incapacitates that person to think about or question
that belief or mindset. This emotionally-charged condition, when exposed or challenged, typically projects automatic denial.
For one to be categorically brainwashed is for one to be incapable of questioning that category or topic. Redundantly, if
one cannot question his or her own beliefs, he or she is brainwashed. Hostile feelings often and defiantly get
in the way of his or her normal and competent thinking process.
History is time experienced. If someone says they are not brainwashed because they can question that
topic but don’t feel like it or don’t want to; in reality, their personal history records that
during that experienced time they were incapable of questioning that topic.
