God's Biblical Heroes
ARE THEY EVIL?
by Gary DeVaney
The
Judeo-Christian God’s Bible Heroes are some of the most evil, immoral, murdering, stealing, incest-oriented and lying
characters in all of literature. These facts are of value only to those who are honestly interested in truth and morality.
Behold the deeds of your God’s Old Testament heroes. Do you want them to be your children’s models of virtue?
The first defense against lies is to open your eyes. The greatest defense against lies is to not pass them on. You
cannot defeat what you defend. If evil should be the absence of good, these God-chosen characters are EVIL.
Abraham
Genesis 12:12-19 Abraham told his wife (half-sister) Sarah to lie. As a result Pharaoh said: Why did you
say she is my sister so that I took her for my wife? Catholic
Abraham, God's hero, tells his
wife / half-sister Sarah to lie.
Pharaoh said he took
Sarah for his wife. Did Pharaoh have sex with Sarah? Idealistic believers would automatically insist no.
Unlike
the KJV, the Catholic version states: I took her for my wife.
Under Hebrew law, a marriage is not a marriage and
a wife is not legally a wife unless the union is consummated by sex. Oh, what to believe! Did
Pharaoh have sex with Sarah? What would a fundamentalist say?
Genesis 13:2 Now, Abram was rich in livestock, silver and gold.
Was Abraham our first pimp? Did old, "Honest Abe" gain this
wealth by being a con-man and a pimp for his wife? Do you think Abraham and Sarah would ever try this pimp-agenda again?
Genesis 16:1-10 Sarah gave
Abraham Hagar, her handmaid, for sex and children. Abraham had intercourse with Hagar who conceived Abraham’s son, Ishmael.
So
Abraham, the swinger, had sex with Sarah's servant, Hagar an Egyptian, with Sarah's consent?
Pregnant
Hagar looked with contempt on her mistress Sarah, so Sarah abused her and she left. An Angel of God said to Hagar: Go back
to your mistress and submit yourself to her abusive treatment. Catholic
How
can an unchanging, good God possibly approve of this? Is adultery conditional, by consent? Did Sarah, the mother of
the Judeo-Christian religion abuse Hagar by female circumcision? How could a "good / loving / sensitive / moral" God send
Hagar back for more abuse?
Does God also show virtue by condoning assault / abuse?
Aren’t prisons full of righteous, God-like, Christian wife-abusers and child-beaters? Today, more women are murdered
in the United States of America by domestic violence than by any other single means. (Internet news)
Azizah Y. Al-Hibri Ph.D.; Law professor, Islamic: One commentary says:
Sarah was so mad at Hagar because of Abraham’s attention that she decided to mutilate her in some way to make
her less interesting. And, that’s how female-circumcision started.
Whoa! What? Really? Sarah! That’s despicable! Sarah, are you
really the mother of two main religions? Is mutilating a woman’s sex organs part of your Judeo-Christian ethic? If so,
Sarah, shame on you - big time! Abraham and Hagar started the Islamic religion by having Ishmael.
Genesis 18:22 The Lord
remained standing before Abraham.
Really? Face to face?
Exodus 33:20 God states: No man sees My face and lives.
Can this possibly qualify as a Bible contradiction?
Genesis 18:25 Abraham asked God about the destruction of Sodom and
Gomorra: Far be it from You to do such a thing, to make the innocent die with the guilty? Should not the judge of all the
world act with justice?
Nah - God destroys them anyway. Did Abraham question the morality,
fairness, and decency of God, and live? Did Abraham, like Moses did twice in Exodus 32:11-14 and Numbers 14:13-20, attempt
to teach God morality?
Abraham
and Moses both questioned God fairness and morality and seeing God lacking, actually tried to make corrections.
In
Genesis 20 Abraham and Sarah, again, pass themselves off to King Abimelech as brother and sister. The same, pimp and
hook, con-job happens again. The King catches the con in time, yet, he pays off Abraham with herds, gold, and land.
Shame
on both Abraham and Sarah, the father and mother of the Judeo-Christian religions!
Genesis 20:12 Abraham had married his half-sister (Sarah). They had the same father
and different mothers.
Incest!
Many of God's main heroes: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and his 12 tribes / sons, and later, Moses are products of
or participated in incest. If the Biblical God was in control and incest was His preferred agenda to produce His heroes, how
can incest be illegal today - if God can't be wrong?
Genesis
21:14 Abraham sent Hagar and Ishmael away.
Does
this also indicate that Abraham was a "dead-beat" dad?
Genesis 22:1-12 Abraham was stopped just short of murdering his own son, Isaac - because God ordered it.
Catholic
Recap: God promises Abraham, age 75, to be the father of nations. When Sarah is 76 she sends Abraham (then 86) in to have
sex with Hagar, her Egyptian handmaid. Abraham consents to adultery which produces Ishmael - and about 4,000 years of war
in the Middle East. Sarah hears God say that she will have a child and laughs at God’s words. She lies to God
by denying it. Still, when Abraham is 100, God rewards Sarah, 90, for her role in His plan and gives her Isaac (which means
laughter) whom Abraham almost sacrifices. After Isaac’s "called-off" sacrifice, never again is there any Biblical conversation
between Isaac (or Sarah) and Abraham.
Some
parents are horrified by this story of God’s child abuse. What is a dysfunctional family or a dysfunctional god? The
Koran has scenarios whereby Abraham and Ishmael later built monuments together in Mecca.
Genesis 24:35 God gave Abraham male and female slaves.
Isn't
this Chapter and Verse evidence that the "good" Biblical God condones slavery? How can it not be? As
long as one Bible exists, the C&V won't go away.
Genesis
25:1-6 After Sarah died, Abraham married Keturah and had 6 more sons. He had some other kids by some concubines.
Abraham,
the old stud, died at 175 years of age.
Lot
Abraham’s Nephew
Genesis 19:8 Lot
offered his two virgin daughters to a sex-crazed mob.
Genesis
19:26 Lot’s wife looked back, died and turned into a pillar-of-salt.
God
killed Lot's wife because she disobeyed.
Lot left his God-ordained, wife behind without another Biblical thought.
What a model of "Biblical-love" this God's hero, had for his soul-mate
wife.
So
much for the value of: "Marriages are made in Heaven".
(Simply,
based on the over 50% divorce statistics, if "Marriages are made in Heaven", the Biblical God is screwing up a high percentage
of the time.)
The insane Pastor
Fred Phelps explains Lot's wife in:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e647x8xFKTs&feature=related
Genesis
19:30-36 Lot got drunk, had sex with and made both of his daughters pregnant.
What
an awesome Biblical model for father-daughter love!
Could
this degenerate Biblical hero and model, Lot, have influence and even encouraged righteous,
God-fearing fathers, throughout history, to have sex with their virgin daughters?
"In charge" God had chosen only these 3 people to survive Sodom
and Gomorra. God chose Lot, a father who had tried to give his 2 daughters for sex to a mob; a husband who abandoned his wife’s
remains, then got drunk, had sex with and knocked-up both of his virgin daughters.
Do
you like Lot? Do you like God’s criteria and choice? Do you like the fact that Lot
impregnated both of his virgin daughters? Why or why not?
This is
excellent Bible C&V evidence that:
"The God of the Bible is not a good God - and the Bible is not a good model for humanity."
Isaac
Abraham’s Son
Genesis 25:20-26 Isaac and Rebekah had twins, Jacob and Esau.
Genesis
25:28 Isaac loved (preferred) Esau. Rebekah loved (preferred) Jacob.
This
Biblical model indicates that God's current favorite parents each prefer one of their children over the other. What
would happen if you told your not-chosen child that you follow this Biblical model?
Genesis 26:9-10 Isaac lied to King Abimelech saying Rebekah was his sister, tempting to sacrifice his wife’s
having sex (with Abimelech), in fear, to save himself and was caught at it.
Didn’t
Isaac also became very wealthy, like Abraham, as God’s second pimp?
What
a Biblical model.
Jacob
AKA
Israel
Genesis 25:31-33 Jacob swindled his older brother Esau out of his birthright.
Jacob,
God's hero, is described as a swindler!
Genesis
28:12-17 In a dream, Jacob saw a ladder with God’s Angels ascending and descending on it. He saw God above it Who told
him that He was God and He would be with Jacob. Jacob awoke, was afraid and said: Surely, this is the Lord’s
place. How dreadful is this place. This is the house of God, the gate of Heaven. KJV
Jacob
described God's place as "dreadful"? What? Ouch!
Obviously,
the "Angels" climbing up and down "Jacob's ladder" had no wings. Why would they climb up and down the ladder if they
had wings? If they had wings, the Bible would have described them with wings in this story.
Genesis 28:22 Jacob vowed to God 10% back of what he gets from God.
Could
this be the origin of paying 10% "tithes" to a church?
Genesis 29:13-14 Laban ran out to meet Jacob saying: You are indeed my flesh and blood.
Aren’t
Jacob’s unions with his uncle Laban’s daughters more inbreeding and Biblical incest, as it
was with Abraham and Sarah, Lot and his daughters and later, Moses’ father and mother?
Aren't
many of God's Biblical heroes, so far, products of incest? Based on this Biblical model, why is incest illegal?
Mankind
has judged "incest" to be wrong and illegal. Because all these God chosen heroes practiced incest, mankind has judged
God's values to be wrong and illegal.
Genesis 30:39-43 Jacob cheats his uncle Laban (the father of his 2 or 4 wives) by herd selective-breeding
techniques and becomes a wealthy man.
Could
swindling, lying and cheating be the Biblical God’s guidance? Typically, defense attorneys rehearse
their clients as to what spin and lies they will present in court.
The Torah-notes indicate that Jacob’s 4 wives were all at least half-sisters, Laban being
the father of all 4 girls. Laban was Rebekah’s brother, which makes him also Jacob’s uncle. Wouldn’t that
make Jacob’s 2 wives and 2 concubines also his 4 cousins? By these 4 blood-related women, Jacob had 12 sons, who became
the Biblical God’s 12 tribes of Israel.
Weren’t they a stock of incest? Most of them certainly were.
Genesis
30:22-24 Rachel bore Jacob’s son, Joseph.
(Joseph goes on later to control Egypt.)
Genesis
32:24-29 Jacob wrestled a man… KJV
The
Catholic version states that Jacob wrestled a MAN 5 times.
Some
claim that Jacob wrestled an Angel. Some also claim that Jacob wrestled God, Himself, in this scenario.
If Jacob wrestled God, that certainly reduces the "awesomeness" and strength of God.
Genesis 34: Schechem raped Jacob's daughter and then wanted to marry her. Jacob said ok but that all of
Schechem’s men had to be circumcised. Then, Jacob revenged the rape of his daughter by murdering all of
Schechem’s men and stole all of their wealth, flocks, women and children.
Moses
Exodus 2:12 Moses murdered an Egyptian and hid his body.
Ah,
a candidate for God! Moses already proves to be a "perfect" hero just like his "perfect" God.
Exodus 4:10 Moses tells God he can’t represent Him because he is slow of speech.
Moses,
God's "perfect" choice to speak for Him and to represent Him, has a speech impediment.
MOSES
IS A PRODUCT OF INCEST
Exodus 6:20 Amram
took Jochebed his father’s sister for his wife. She bore him Aaron and Moses (and Miriam). KJV
Now, this is shocking!
Moses is credited to have written the Torah / Pentatauch (the first 5 books of the Bible).
Leviticus 18:12 God commanded:
You shall not have sex with your father's sister. Torah & Catholic & KJV
If Moses wrote Leviticus,
- then Moses did not "honor his father and mother" - when he exposed their sin of incest. The Biblical God commanded against
and forbid this specific sexual union in Leviticus 18:12.
If God does NOT
change and God condemned Moses' father - aunt incest, why was Moses selected as God's favored hero?
Were you ever taught in
Sunday School or during a church service that Moses, another of God’s chosen leaders and models, was also a product
of incest? Who would have “thunk” it?
Actually, Miriam, Moses'
and Aaron's sister is not listed as being born in Exodus 6:20. Rabbis claim that women were considered irrelevant
and equivalent to chattle.
Elizabeth Cady Stanton:
"The Bible and the Church have been the gratest stumbling blocks in the way of women's emancipation."
Did
you know that God’s hero, Moses, was also a product of incest? If you had sex with your father's sister
- that is incest. Incest, again, produced God's perfect choice of a perfect hero. How can God's guidance of incest
dare to be illegal in the United States today?
Exodus
11:4 God murdered all the first-born Egyptian babies ...
An
academic question:
Did
God do all the evil things to Egypt
or did Moses? No Satan nor Devil is mentioned, so, it had to be either our favorite Biblical God or just our inventive and
creative con-man, Moses.
Not initially included here was "and God killed all of Egypt's first-born
animals" so not to dilute the impact of God murdering all of Egypt's first-born, human babies. What did each of
those first-born human babies or those first-born animals do to deserve the Biblical God's murdering them?
Exodus 8:18-19 So that
you may know that I am God right here on Earth I will make this distinction between My people and your people. Catholic. KJV
= Exodus 8:22-23
Note: God is inflicting
all these plagues and doing all this murdering just to let everybody know who is God around here - and
- God does discriminate.
Exodus
24:6-8 Moses spills blood on altars and people ...
Some
of God's "perfect" heroes worship their "perfect" God in a gross and bloody manner.
Exodus 31:18 God gave
Moses two tablets of stone written by the finger of God.
Exodus 32:1-5 (Meanwhile):
The Israeli people asked Aaron to make a God for them. Aaron replied: Have your wives, sons and daughters take off their gold
earrings and bring them to me. Aaron accepted their offerings, made them into a golden-calf, and an altar.
Exodus 32:7-14 (God goes
ballistic again and said): Now Moses, don't try to stop Me when I unleash My wrath to destroy them. (Disobeying God)
Moses began to plead (to make God stop): Egypt
will say You took us out with evil intention, to kill us in the country, to wipe us off the face of the Earth. (God), withdraw
Your anger and refrain from doing evil to Your people. Moses made God refrain from doing the evil He planned for His people.
Wow! God ordered
Moses not to stop God. Moses disobeys God - and lives. And God obeys Moses!
Ah - God will get
even with Moses later.
Exodus 32:19 Moses, who
just calmed down angry God, became so angry himself, that he threw down and destroyed God's finger-written sacred tablets
and they broke into pieces.
Exodus 32:27-28 Moses
Levi ordered all the sons of Levi to slay their own family, friends and neighbors; Moses murdered about 3,000 of their own
relatives, God's Own chosen.
Moses, with God's consent,
murders about 3,000 of his own "God-chosen" people.
Numbers 11:11-15 Moses
said to God: Why are You treating me so badly? Don't You like me anymore? Why do You place such a burden on me? Was I the
woman who was pregnant with this nation in my belly? Did I give birth to them? Where can I get enough meat to give all these
people? I can't be responsible for this entire nation. It's too hard for me. If You are going to do this to me, do me a favor
and kill me.
Moses
whines, bitches and gripes at God and lives! God must prove to have favorites - as long as they serve Him - on His terms.
Numbers
16:28 Moses claims that he does the Lord’s work; not his own.
Hummm.
"Don't judge me - I was just following orders." Could this be the beginning of a future trend? What a perfect Biblical model!
The Nuremberg war-crime trials were full of this excuse.
Contrary
to Christian propaganda, Adolf Hitler was a Christian (Catholic). Hitler often invoked God in his speeches to the German sheeple.
If
you can get the masses to worship a false authority (God), an assumed authority (like Hitler) can easily step in. Believers
are programmed and are just waiting "for a sign" to zealously serve some assumed authority.
Numbers 21:33-35 God
ordered Moses to do to King Og as he had done to others. Moses struck down the King's sons and all his people until none were
left and took possession of his land.
God gave His "chosen
people" nothing. God ordered Moses to murder all the landowners, their wives and their children so to steal their land.
In Numbers 25:11-17 Phinehas,
by murdering Kazbi (Cozbi) and Zimri, turned God’s jealous wrath away from the Israelites. God then ordered Moses to
murder the Midianites.
Back in Genesis 25, Abraham
married Keturah and she had 6 sons. One son was named Midian. God ordered Moses to attack and kill Midianites, Abraham's
offspring.
Numbers 31:14-18 Moses
was angry at the Generals and Captains of the army and asked: Why have you kept all these women alive? Now, kill every male-child
as well as every woman who has had sex with a man. But, the young girls who have not had sex with a man, you may keep
alive for yourselves. God's army killed every male child and the soldiers took 32,000 girls who were still virgins
for themselves.
Moses is a documented mass-murderer of women and children! In your value system, how do you like Moses?
Are you afraid to judge God's chosen heroes?
Deuteronomy
2:34 Moses led more mass murdering of women and children.
Bart Floyd, a friend, said: It doesn't seem like I'm reading the Holy Bible. How could
God or Moses do this? It seems more like I'm reading an Encyclopedia of mass-murders.
That
is an astute and bold observation, Sir Bart Floyd.
Deuteronomy 3:2-7 (Moses said): God delivered Og and we murdered 60 cities of men, women and children until
none remained. We took all the livestock and booty for ourselves.
Moses
is a crazy man - and his God is even more insane. "Thou shalt not kill" is certainly not holding up. Whatcha think? The Bible
makes it seem righteously justified for Moses to kill all those women and children so to steal the land that God promised
His "chosen".
Deuteronomy:
32:48-52 God said: Moses, go up the mountain, look at the land I give to the children of Israel, that you wandered 40 years
to get to. God said: Moses, you can't have it. Moses died.
God's promises prove to be totally conditional and not fulfilling. Neither Moses,
Aaron, Miriam and none of the people over 20-years-old, who came out of Egypt, got the promised land - except Joshua
and Caleb. God had killed 2-3 million of His Own "chosen people".
Deuteronomy
34:10 Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel
like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face. He had no equal in the signs and wonders the Lord sent him to perform.
Free-Murderous-Ride
Moses
is a documented mass-murderer of men, women and children to fulfill God's personal agenda to steal and occupy their land. Moses'
"perfect / loving / never-changing" God ordered all the mass-murdering and the theft of the land.
Is
this your perfect, never-changing "God Of Love"? It's a yes or no question. If yes, maybe you too should be elected President
of the United States so that the mass-murdering for "special interests" could be continued. Who could stop you?
The
current US Presidents wants you to be zealously religious so that they, the assumed authority of your country, will also get
a "free-murderous-ride" - just as you give a "free-murderous-ride" to your "perfect" God.
Joshua
Joshua
2:1 Joshua sends 2 spies into Jericho to lodge with a harlot, Rahab.
Rahab,
the harlot, turned on her own people and city by making a deal with Joshua and the Israelites to save herself and her family.
Rahab,
the Harlot, was guilty of treason to her country and to her people.
A
"harlot" sells sex. Rahab was a harlot.
After
the slaughter of every man, woman and child - save Rahab and her family, Rahab married Salmon, an Israelite priest, and ended
up in Jesus Christ's "sacred" bloodline and lineage.
Note:
Rahab was NOT a Jew / Hebrew / Israelite. Yet, Rahab, the Harlot, is in King David's and Jesus Christ's "sacred" bloodline.
God had murdered many for marrying outside the "sacred" bloodline.
Joshua 6:20-21 Joshua attacks Jericho and slaughters
all the men, women, babies and animals.
Joshua 7:19-25 Joshua
said to A’chan: My son, give God honor by telling me what you have done. Don’t hide it from me. A’chan,
an Israeli warrior confessed. All Israel
stoned and burned A’chan, his innocent children and all their animals.
Joshua 8:1-2 God tells
Joshua to go murder the city of A’i, to do to it’s King what they did to Jericho and its King, except you may take its spoils and livestock as
booty.
Joshua 8:8 God said to
Joshua: When you have taken the city, set it on fire in obedience to God’s command. These are My orders to you.
Joshua 8:24-29 (By ambush,
Joshua) God murders all 12,000 men and women, the entire population of A’i and gave the Israelites their cattle and
spoils. Joshua hanged their King.
Joshua
10:12-13 Joshua ordered God to stop still the Sun and Moon so he could finish murdering. God did.
Who
is the boss around here, anyway? Like Moses, God, again, obeyed the orders of Joshua, a mere man.
The
"clay / man", again, successfully bosses the "Potter / God".
Joshua 10:20-26 Joshua said: Put your foot on the necks of the five Kings and murder them.
Joshua 11:6-9 God ordered and Joshua hamstrung horses.
Do you like Joshua? Why? How about his Boss?
Joshua 11:10-15 Joshua
captured Hazor and slew its King with the sword. He put every person to the sword until none were left alive and burned Hazor.
Joshua captured all those Kings with their cities and he fulfilled (God’s) doom by putting every person there to the
sword. The Israelites took all the spoils and livestock of these cities as their booty, but the people, they put to the sword,
until they had exterminated the last of them, leaving none alive. Joshua left nothing undone that God commanded Moses should
be done.
Joshua
and Caleb were the only two leaders that God allowed to enter "The Promised Land". The other 2-3 million "chosen" had to die.
God fulfilled His promise of "The Promised Land" to Joshua and Caleb. God failed to fulfill His promise of "The Promised
Land" to 2-3 million others of His sacred "chosen". What a God!
Spiritual: For most believers,
what they define as “spiritual” is their desire to experience an alternative, hopeful reality, focusing
on anything other than their unfulfilled, here and now, reality. Drugs, for many believers on drugs, amount to a spiritual
experience. Booze, drugs and religion are vehicles for people who emotionally want to be someplace else. Believers use religion,
drugs and booze as an escape from reality. Denial is automatic.
Did
you ever notice that in history books, God is never a contributing character in historical scenarios? Man has often used
God in his persuasion, motivation, and excuses for his own behavior, for his good fortune or bad luck. Religions and other
supernatural voodoos are the prime vehicles for any God manifestations.
Scenario
/ Parable
There
was once a 13-year-old little girl who cried because her daddy had to go to war. She cried: My daddy has to go away but he’ll
return most any day; any moment I may see my daddy coming back to me. For months she cried daily: Oh daddy, wherever you are,
I’m thinking of you and I know you’re thinking of me! Shirley Temple
Jephthah
Judges 11:1 Jephthah was born of a hooker.
Ah, another prime candidate
to be one of God's Biblical heroes.
Judges
11:30-39 Jephthah vowed to God: Give me victory and I will give to You, by burnt offering, whatever comes first through my
door. Jephthah murdered 20 cities for God. (Always in control) God apparently arranged for Jephthah’s daughter,
his only child, to come first through his door, who was happy to see her father. Jephthah gave his little girl two months
to “mourn her virginity” because she couldn’t bear children before she had to die. He then sacrificed his
only child, a virgin daughter by burnt offering to your Biblical God, as was the custom in Israel. KJV
Here is a good link on Jephthah's
daughter:

What
a prime Biblical model of this insane God and His insane followers. How insane are you or will you be for this God?
Judges 12:6-7 Jephthah murdered
42,000 Ephraimites and judged Israel for
6 years.
Weren’t
the Ephraimites Joseph’s tribe? In law, the elements of crime are means, motive and opportunity. The law is civilized
man’s attempt to model safety and decency. Can you compliment this God on any decency or fair treatment based on
His deeds? Is there any Biblical, chapter and verse, evidence? Can you produce it? Please do so and make history.
Believers tend to run from
this material due to a fear of God (fear of death or loss) that over comes them. Courage is having the capacity to face
what you fear. Believers cannot learn for they have little courage concerning change or facing facts. Believers don’t
expect to debate the Bible. They tend to preach it. They don’t even expect to argue its content. They expect obedience
and feel-good cooperation to their own egos.
Samson
Judges 13:24 The woman (Hannah) bore Samson and God blessed him.
Judges 14:1-4 Samson wanted a Philistine wife, outside of his religion, to give his God an opportunity to murder them
(the Philistines).
Judges
14:6-9 Without weapons, Samson tore a lion to pieces. Later, he ate honey from the lion’s dead carcass.
Oh
puke!
Judges
14:11-20 Samson bet 30 men 30 tunics to solve a riddle. The spirit of God came upon Samson and he murdered 30 men so
to steal their clothes so to pay off a gambling debt. Samson’s wife, who had just married him, made him lose the bet;
then, she proceeded to marry Samson’s best man.
The
spirit of God did what? Samson bet 30 men 30 tunics that they could not answer his riddle. He told his future
wife the answer to his riddle. She told the men and Samson lost the bet. The spirit of God came upon Samson and he went
to the city and murdered 30 men and stole their tunics so to pay off his debt. Do you get the impact of this story? The spirit
of God had Samson murder 30 innocent men and steal their tunics to pay off a debt. Pretend that I redundantly pointed this
out 10 or 20 more times. I can't be more angry with this God or His stupid, murderous Samson.
Judges
15:4-5 Samson caught 300 foxes, tied their tails together, set them afire and they burned the countryside.
Nice
touch Samson! You have to be every demented kid’s hero.
Judges 15:8 Samson inflicted a great slaughter on his wife’s people.
Judges
15:16-17 God released Samson who found a jawbone of an ass and killed 1,000 men. Samson said: With the jawbone of an ass,
I have slain a thousand men.
What
a hero!
Judges
16:1 Samson had sex with a harlot.
This
confirms it. Samson is God’s kind of guy.
Judges 16:10&13 Samson
lied to Delilah.
This confirms by Bible
C&V documentation that Samson, God's hero, is also a liar.
Judges 16:20-31 Samson
realized God had left him. The Philistines gouged his eyes out. He killed more men and women bringing down the temple than
he had killed during his entire lifetime, and died himself. Samson judged Israel
for 20 years.
Samson was and led the life
of a "Nazarite" - 'separated unto Yahveh'.
Unlike the other judges, Samson's career did not end successfully. Killing a thousand Philistines
with the jawbone of an ass and bringing down the Temple of Dagon, crushing himself and many Philistines to death, did
not result in victory or peace for Israel. Rather, the Philistines defeated the Israelites under Samson's successor,
Eli, and captured the Ark of Yahveh in the battlefield. (I Samuel 4:10)
In essence, didn’t Samson, like Jesus Christ, commit suicide?
King Saul
Saul, a Benjamite, was Israel's
first King. Saul was a most handsome man, standing head and shoulders above other men, and was highly favored by the
Lord. (Dogma has David being the handsome one.) But, once Saul began to reign, Jehovah begins to despise him.
God continually tormented Saul by sending "Evil Spirits" to trouble him. David drives away God’s "Evil
Spirits" by playing his harp.
How
can something NOT "Evil" send Evil? To send Evil, God must be Evil.
Later, David (supposedly) kills Goliath for Saul.
I Samuel
10:1-9 Samuel tells Saul: God appoints you to govern God’s people, Israel.
God will change you into another man. God gave Saul another heart.
What
do you think "God gave Saul another heart" means? God changed Saul to be what God wanted Saul to be? What if Saul doesn't
please God? Would it mean or prove that God was not so smart, powerful or in control?
I Samuel 11:6-7 God caused Saul to become angry. Saul cut some oxen to pieces and said: If anyone does not follow
Saul, the same will be done to his oxen.
I Samuel 12:18 All the people dreaded God and Samuel. Catholic
I Samuel 14:36 Saul said: Let’s pursue the Philistines to kill them all.
I Samuel 14:42 Saul said: Cast lots between me and my son Jonathan.
What? Saul ordered gambling? Oh sin!
I Samuel 14:47 After becoming King of Israel,
Saul waged war on all their surrounding enemies.
I Samuel 14:52 When Saul saw any strong or brave man, he took him into his service.
This
sounds like US draft / conscription.
I Samuel 15:3 God ordered Saul to not spare them; to go murder men, women, children and infants...
I Samuel 15:7-8 Saul murdered people.
I Samuel 15:8-9 Saul killed all the rest of the people; but, Saul spared King Agag, alive.
I Samuel
15:11 God said: I regret having made Saul King. He has not kept My command to murder all…
God
admits here that He, not the people, made Saul King. This also proves that God's "changing Saul's heart" failed. This
God fails at everything He tries to do and Human Beings suffer as the consequence. What a God!
I Samuel 15:18-19 Samuel, Gods prophet, said: Saul, go exterminate them. Why have you disobeyed the Lord?
I Samuel 15:22 Saul asked: Does God delight in holocaust and sacrifice as in obedience to the command of
God?
I Samuel
15:23-28 Because you have rejected the command of God, He has rejected you as ruler. Saul asked to be forgiven. God has torn
the Kingdom of Israel
from you and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you.
This
means God changed His mind to have David anointed King. Who said God never changes? He fails in what He attempts so often, He
has to make changes.
The reason God wanted Saul out was because God commanded Saul to murder all the Amalekites. Because Saul spared
King Agag's life, he had to be eliminated.
I Samuel 15:35 God regretted having made Saul King of Israel.
This
is hard evidence that God regrets His actions and that He is imperfect and fallible.
I Samuel
18:7-11 The women sang: Saul has slain his thousands; David his ten thousands. Saul was jealous of David. An Evil Spirit
from God came upon Saul and he tried to nail David to the wall with a spear. David got away.
An EVIL SPIRIT came from Whom? God has to BE Evil to send Evil. Spin how it could be otherwise.
I Samuel 18:20-21 Saul used his daughter as a bribe to get David to kill for him. Saul wanted to let the Philistines
kill David.
I Samuel 18:25-27 David is given a task to deliver 100 Philistine foreskins for a dowry. David murders 200 Philistines,
circumcises their corpses to win Saul’s daughter, Michal.
Bart
Floyd: This is crazy. How can anybody believe or come to terms with this stuff?
I Samuel 19:1 Saul discussed his intention to murder David.
I Samuel 19:15 Saul said: Bring him up to me in bed that I may kill him.
I Samuel 19:20-24 Saul stripped himself naked and acted crazy.
I Samuel 22:17-19 Saul commanded: Kill the priests of the Lord and 85 priests were killed that day. Saul murdered
the city of Nob including men, women, infants and animals.
Saul
murdered 85 of God's priests? Then Saul murdered women and infants? Maybe God did change Saul's heart and does control him.
Whatcha think?
I Samuel 25:43 Saul gave David’s wife to another man.
This sounds a lot like the Samson story, doesn’t it?
I Samuel 28:3-18 The Prophet Samuel dies. Saul drove out the mediums and fortune tellers from the land; then,
Saul consulted God who refused to answer. So, Saul consulted The Witch of Endor. She conjured up old, dead Samuel, who
was cranky. Samuel said God was angry because Saul didn’t destroy Amalek and God will destroy Saul by using the Philistines.
I Chronicles 10:13-14 Saul broke God’s law by consulting a medium.
Can
one tell the difference between a prophet, a psychic and a medium?
I Samuel 31 Saul was hit in the abdomen with an arrow. He ordered his armor-bearer to finish him off. He refused
so Saul fell on his own sword. His armor-bearer did likewise and died with him. The Philistines cut off Saul’s head
and cremated him.
Religion
affects as an abstract, yet a romantic art form, meaning that it’s a paradox based on ignorance that promotes mind-set
feelings over facts.
A
manipulator’s intention, when telling you to “have faith”, is to terminate your capacity to question -
or to think for yourself - or to obey - and to change your life more to his or her liking. When someone tells you to
"have faith" - they are telling you to "shut up and obey". I usually stand up, look them squarely in the eye and inform them
that: "I obey enforceable criminal and civil law. Outside of that, I don't do obedience."
Many view these investigative
results and their commentary to be brutally honest. Some feel too honest. If anyone can prove that any portion of these
works is in definite factual error, in context to the over-all Biblical depiction, inform us. Embarrassment will be felt and
it will definitely be corrected. But, it has to be based on Biblical evidence not hear-say bias, unrelated material or a feel-good
agenda to protect God just because He is God. Considering all the Biblical contradictions makes for the toughest debates.
People primarily support
the Biblical God simply because it was sold to them that He was the authority in charge of Biblical events and people. Maybe
it’s time to reconsider the facts and determine that He wasn’t in control. The Biblical God was constantly ineffective
in holding His people together. As a General, the Biblical God lost so many battles and so many wars that He Himself often
turned on His Own people. The Biblical God failed often in almost everything He attempted to do. That is the reality.
Outside of a believer’s fear of death and eternal-damnation, which the Biblical God promised in The New Testament, why
would any thinking person waste time and respect on an entity with such a poor and evil track record concerning all God's
“supposed” creations on Earth?
King David
Was God’s David a Good Guy?
I Samuel 17:48-51 David faces the challenge of combat with the enemy Philistines and slays the giant, Goliath
of Gath, and cuts off his head. KJV
II Samuel
21:19 El-hanan killed Goliath of Gath. Catholic
The
Catholic version states this and this is questionable.
I Samuel 18:7 The women sang: Saul has slain his thousands and David his ten thousands.
If you believe this to be true, do you view that God's David became a mass-murderer?
I Samuel 18:27 David murdered 200 Philistines and circumcised their corpses, all for the hand of one of Saul’s
daughters, Michal.
I Samuel 20:5-6 David told his friend, Jonathan, to lie.
I Samuel
21:2-3 David lied to a priest.
David,
again, fits the mold of one of the Biblical God's heroes as David is documented to be a liar who also
tells others to lie. As long as even one Bible still exists on Planet Earth, these C&Vs will not go away.
I Samuel 21:11-14 David fled from Saul to King Achish. David was afraid of him, feigned insanity and acted like
a madman, drooling on his beard.
I Samuel 24:22-23 Saul said to David: Swear to me, by God, that you will not destroy my descendants. David gave
Saul his oath.
David
has already proven to be a liar, so Saul, you and I should not believe him.
II Samuel 21:1-9 (After swearing "By God" not to) David gave up 7 of Saul’s descendants to be dismembered
(murdered) before God.
David, a man after God’s Own heart, after swearing to Saul, by God, broke his "sacred" promise. David,
like God, will definitely keep his promise - unless he doesn’t.
I Samuel 25:2-34 David said: As God lives, who has restrained me, if you (Abigail) had not come down, so quickly,
to meet me; by dawn, Nabal (her husband) would not have had a single man or boy left alive.
David would have killed everybody just because he felt insulted? What a "God-like" ego!
I Samuel 25:39-43 (God killed Nabal) David married Abigail, Nabal’s wife, and also took Ahinoam for his
wife. But, Saul gave David’s wife, Michal, Saul’s daughter, to another.
I Samuel 27:1-12 David said that he had no choice but to escape from Saul to the land of the Philistines.
With 600 men he went over to Achish, the son of the Philistine King. David lived with the Philistines for 1 year, 4 months.
He attacked cities and left NO men, women or children alive as was his custom when he lived in the country of
the Philistines. Achish trusted David, thinking he must be detested by his people, Israel.
David
attacked cities and left NO men, women or children alive - and committed unprovoked mass murders? David IS
truly one of God's "Thou Shalt NOT Kill" heroes.
I Samuel 29:6-10 King Achish informs David he is honest (a traitor to Israel). David begs to stay and fight for them, but they didn’t trust him,
so David had to be on his way.
I Samuel 30:6 David’s own men spoke of stoning (murdering) him.
Wow! What a popular hero and leader David was NOT among his own troops!
II Samuel 1:1-16 An Amalekite man reported to David that he saw King Saul leaning on his spear and that Saul begged
him to finish him off. David ordered that man murdered.
II Samuel
2:4 The men of Judah anointed David King.
That is about as insane as re-electing mass-murderer George W. Bush!
II Samuel
2:8 Ishbaal, son of Saul, was made King over the rest of Israel.
Hummm.
Saul obviously worshipped Baal to name one of his sons after Baal. So did David name one of his sons after Baal. H-y-p-o-c-r-i-s-y!!!
II Samuel 3:1 There followed a long war between the house of Saul and David with David winning.
Isn’t David killing brother "God chosen" Israelites? What a Biblical model of virtue for the American
Civil War!
II Samuel 4:8-12 Two brothers brought the head of Ishbaal, David’s enemy, to David. David had them murdered,
cut off their hands and feet and hung them by the pool.
II Samuel 5:4-5 David was 30 years old when he became King and reigned for 40 years; 33 years in Jerusalem over
all Israel.
II Samuel
5:8 David said: The lame and the blind shall be the personal enemies of David and shall never enter the palace.
Catholic
WHAT
did this "sociopath" just say? God had not wanted infirm people near His temple either. Are these truly your models of
compassion, decency, good and virtue?
II Samuel 5:13 David took more concubines and wives - more kids were born to him.
Oh yes! This is definitely God’s man.
II Samuel 5:17-20 The Philistines searched for David. He asked God if he should attack them. God said: Attack!
I will deliver them to you, and David defeated them.
II Samuel 6:14 David, girt with a linen apron, danced before God with wild abandon.
II Samuel 6:20 David exposed himself to the slave girls.
Do you think David was ever sued by one of those girls?
II Samuel 7:9 God told David: I have been with you where ever you went and have destroyed your enemies before
you.
II Samuel 7:22 David “brown-noses” God: You are great; there is none like you and no God but
you...
II Samuel 8:1 David conquers the Philistines.
II Samuel 8:4 David hamstrung horses.
Doesn’t
anybody have any conscience here? Doing this "loving" God's work is so disgusting.
II Samuel 8:5 David slew 22,000.
II Samuel 8:13 David became famous for slaying 18,000 Edomites.
II Samuel 10:18 David’s men killed 700 charioteers and 40,000 Arabian foot soldiers.
II Samuel
11:2-5 David made pregnant Uriah’s wife, Bathsheba.
Isn't
that committing adultery?
II Samuel 11:14-17 David ordered Uriah, one of his officers, to be killed in battle so that David could
have his wife, Bathsheba.
David
knocks-up Bathsheba. Bathsheba was married to Uriah. Uriah was one of David's officers. David has her husband Uriah
killed in battle.
Do
you really like David? Why? Why not? How do you feel about David's God?
Let
it sink in: David either committed adultery or raped Bathsheba. Then, David murdered Bathsheba's husband, Uriah.
Uriah was one of David's officers, who was the armor-bearer for Joab, David's main General.
The
Law of Moses required that David be stoned according to Deuteronomy 22:22.
But, David was not executed. God killed David's child instead.
II Samuel 11:26-27 David displeased
the Lord.
This
conflicts with:
I
Samuel 25:28 David fights the battles of God and Evil has NOT been found in him in all his days.
Maybe
"Evil" is "The Biblical God's pleasure".
II Samuel 12:9 David despised the word of the Lord and did Evil in
His sight. KJV
Wow!
Isn’t that’s quite the testimony for God’s favorite? And, isn't this yet another contradiction with 1st
Samuel 25:28?
II Samuel 12:11-12 God said: I will bring Evil upon you out of your own house. I will make your neighbor
have sex with your wives in the presence of all Israel
in broad daylight.
God
has to BE "Evil" to bring "Evil" upon someone. Did this C&V just document that the Biblical God both
caused adultery and also created smut voyeurism? In the ancient Israelite belief, God did it all. Christians
spin the Satan myth to take the heat off the Biblical God because God is such an evil, heinous Character. And,
the Judeo-Christians want this God worshiped.
II Samuel 12:13-18 Nathan, the prophet, told
David that God, on His part, had forgiven David’s sin, that he shall not die but the child born to him must surely die
and the child did die.
Who said something about: The sins of the father will NOT be paid for by his children? Was this little guy allowed
to live for 7 days, so that parent / child emotional bonding could take place? Then, did God murder the little child
just to punish the parents? Do you dare honestly answer these questions?
II Samuel
12:24 David had sex with Bathsheba again. She bore Solomon.
The
Biblical God is totally kinky. God murders David's and Bathsheba's first nameless child to punish them. Then, God gives
David and Bathsheba an awesome, "sacred" reward by having (God's next hero) King Solomon born unto them.
II Samuel 20:3 David locked away 10 concubines until their deaths.
These
10 concubines willingly and intentionally did nothing to deserve such a horrible fate. But then, what would you expect from
God's heroes?
II Samuel
21:6-9 David took 7 descendants of Saul and gave them up so they were dismembered before God.
Remember
in 1st Samuel 24: 22-23 Saul said to David, "Swear to me, by God, that you will not destroy my descendants."
Redundantly, didn’t David give to Saul his oath? Wasn’t that sacred oath to God? David lied,
broke his word and his oath to God. Doesn’t this God and His King David both prove to be liars? Do you support David?
Why? Do you support this Judeo-Christian ethic - this sick Biblical model?
II Samuel
24:1 God was angry with Israel and told David to number Israel.
NEWS-FLASH!
Remember: Angry GOD told David to number Israel right here according to II Samuel 24:1.
I Chronicles 21:1 And SATAN stood up against Israel, and provoked
David to number Israel. KJV
NEWS-FLASH II: SATAN provoked David to number Israel right here
as documented in 1st Chronicles 21:1.
Isn’t
it ironic that in the 13th book of the Holy Bible, "Satan" is introduced in 1st Chronicles 21:1. In Satan's first by-name
introduction, the Bible claims that Satan is doing the exact same deed that God, Himself, took credit for in II
Samuel 24:1? Based on this "sacred" introduction to a character called "Satan" - a logical person must question - "Is God
and Satan the same Character?" Either they Both are the same Character or the Bible LIED by accusing both God and Satan
of ordering King David to do a census.
II Samuel 24:10 David regretted having numbered the people.
Why?
It was because God ordered David to number the people in II Samuel 24:1, didn't God?
II Samuel 24:15 God punished (David) by putting out a plague that murdered 70,000 of his people.
Why
again? God ordered David to number the people in II Sam 24:1, did He not? Again, did the Bible later lie that Satan ordered
the census in 1st Chronicles 21:1?
II Samuel 24:25 David built an altar to offer holocaust (sacrifices) to God as peace offerings. God stopped his
murdering (after 70,000 died).
God
sent His "Death-Angel" to murder 70,000 innocent "God Chosen" Israelites after David obeyed God's order to number the Israelites
in II Samuel 24:1. What a God! What a Bible! What insanity!
How
The Biblical God Viewed His David
I Samuel 25:28 David fights the battles of God and evil has NOT been found in him in all his days.
Evil has not been found in David in all his days.
This has to be one of God’s believer’s greater conflicts. After knowing all the heinous, murderous
deeds David did, with and without his God, can you explain it away?
II Samuel
19:27 My Lord the King (David) is an Angel of God.
David
is an Angel of God? Wow!
Acts 13:22 God said: This was David, a man after My Own heart which shall fulfill all My will.
David
was a man after God's Own heart!
David
shall fulfill all God's will!
I Kings 15:5 David did that which "was right in the eyes of God."
So,
let's review:
David killing his ten thousands was right as David shall fulfill God's will!
David
murdering 200 Philistines and circumcised their corpses was right in the eyes of God.
David
lying and telling another to lie is alright as evil has not been found in David in all his days.
David,
after swearing by GOD to Saul he would not, gave up 7 of Saul’s descendants to be dismembered (murdered /
torn-apart / sliced to pieces) before God which was right in the eyes of God.
David would have killed everybody at a private function just because he wasn't invited. David felt insulted and this
was right as David shall fulfill God's will!
David attacked cities and left no men, women or children alive as evil
has not been found in David in all his days.
David's killing brother "God Chosen" Israelites was right in the eyes of God.
David murdered men, cut off their hands and feet and hung them by the pool which was right as David shall fulfill
God's will!
The lame and the blind shall be the personal enemies of David, an Angel of
God.
David
hamstrung horses which was right in the eyes of God.
David slew 22,000 as which was right as David shall fulfill God's will!
David
became famous for slaying 18,000 Edomites which was right in the eyes of God.
David’s
men killed 700 charioteers and 40,000 Arabian foot soldiers as David was an Angel of God.
David
exposed himself to the slave girls which was right in the eyes of God.
David
took more concubines and wives which was right in the eyes of God.
David
displeased the Lord as David was an Angel of God.
David despised the word of the Lord and did Evil in His sight which was right as David shall fulfill God's
will!
Having
Bathsheba's husband, Uriah, killed so David could have her was God's will as evil has not been found in David in all
his days.
God had forgiven David’s sin, that he shall not die but the child born to
him must die because Evil has not been found in David in all his days.
Was
the new “Satan” character in 1 Chronicles, the 13th book of the Bible, created as an afterthought, a “patsy”?
Was Satan character’s job to cover-up from blaming The Biblical God for all His evil deeds? The concept of A Satan
was first introduced about 500-400 BC, about the time Chronicles was written.
Primitive Jews had no more of a concept of Satan than they did of Jesus. To the Old Testament Biblical Hebrews, God
did it all.
King Solomon
Allegedly God’s Wisest of Men
I Kings 2:20-25 Bathsheba, King Solomon’s mother, asked him for Abishag to become Adonijah’s wife.
Solomon said: I will not refuse you. Solomon lied to his mother as he had Adonijah murdered.
I Kings 2:29 Solomon ordered Joab murdered.
I Kings 3:1 Solomon married the daughter of the Pharaoh, King of Egypt.
I Kings 3:4 Solomon offered 1,000 burnt offerings “holocausts” (sacrifices).
I Kings
3:25 Solomon’s decision was to divide (cut up) the child, equally.
Solomon gambled and won that the real mother would save the child by giving it to the other woman. What if the 2 women had
agreed to cutting up the child?
I Kings 8:63 Solomon sacrificed to God 22,000 oxen and 120,000 sheep. KJV
I Kings 9:20 Solomon conscripted all non-Israelites as forced laborers (slaves).
I Kings 10:1-13 The Queen
of Sheba was indeed impressed with Solomon’s
wisdom. They exchanged gifts and she gave Solomon much Gold.
Ah, Solomon, the gigolo!
I Kings 10:23 Solomon
surpassed in riches and wisdom all the Kings on Earth.
Remember:
Matthew 19:24 Jesus said:
It’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter Heaven?
I Kings
11:3 Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines.
Wow!
What a stud! Ah, but again, remember God's words:
Deuteronomy 17:14-18 God said:
You may set a King over you that God will choose; one among your brethren not a foreigner. He shall not multiply
for himself wives nor gold and silver.
Solomon did not live
by the unchanging, omnipotent Biblical God's rules.
I Kings 11:4 When
Solomon was old, his wives turned his heart to strange Gods. His heart was not entirely with the Lord.
God chose Solomon - didn't
He?
Solomon was not
a warring King. Do you like Solomon?
I Kings 11:6 Solomon
did Evil.
I Kings 11:9-12 God was
angry at Solomon. God won't deprive Solomon, but will take it out on his son.
What? Here it is, AGAIN! God
does punish the son for the sins of the father, C&V. Can you spell Biblical c-o-n-t-r-a-d-i-c-t-i-o-n?
I Kings 11:11 Solomon
failed to keep God’s statutes.
Solomon wrote the Book of Ecclesiastes,
Proverbs and some other parts of the Bible. Solomon obviously did NOT make Heaven as after God gave him "wisdom", he
ended up serving other gods. Solomon's wisdom obviously WAS effective - as this God proved to be heinous.
I Kings 11:42 Solomon
reigned over all Israel 40 years and died.
God proved to favor Solomon
in spite of all his sins. God murdered others for much less offenses. Does this again prove that God plays favorites?
Holman Bible Dictionary: Solomon’s politically-motivated marriages brought many other gods and their worship
into Jerusalem: I Kings 11:1-8.
How
is humanity any better off because of what God has done to mankind? Are we better off in this God’s creation of inter-parasitical
survival? Every living thing lives off other living things. For something to live, things must die. For something to live
well, more things must die. What a "creation" this "God of Love" has provided.
Is the Biblical God “the missing link” in man’s evolution?
Can you hold faith and doubt simultaneously? Can you explain the technique? Do they amount to mere EMOTIONS ("do wants"
and "don’t wants")?
Which does God ask for more – love or obedience? Can you successfully be ordered to love? If you were to describe
your love for God, would it come across mostly as fear?
If God didn’t care about His holocaust of the flood where almost everybody in the world died why would He care
about 6 million Jews or the 50 million total dead as the result of WWII? Why would God really care if your daughter was
hit by a truck, was a suffering cripple for 50 years and then died?
Is God saying: If you like what I like, you are moral. If you don’t like what I like, you are immoral? Want what
I want. Don’t want what I don’t want? Love Me. Support my feelings - or else?
Jeremiah shouted at God: Why do you treat me like this? You’ve abused me.
During a televised debate a religious authority on the panel announced: You know, God talks to me all the time, and
ghosts visit me in my bedroom. A complete invisible world is more real to me than intellect and reason.
When
faith, ghosts and other fantasies are introduced, has the quality and integrity of the debate digressed or diminished in any
manner? Nonsense can never be explained.
Elijah
I Kings 18:22 & 40
Elijah, God’s prophet, slit the throats of 450 Baal prophets.
My Gawd! God's man Elijah
slit the throats of 450 men of another religion? Elijah certainly performs the usual qualification to be God's man. Would
you want Elijah to baby-sit your kids?
II Kings 1:9-12 Elijah
ordered God to murder by fire, toast, and instant won-ton 102 soldiers.
Joshua had ordered God
to make the Sun stand still so that Joshua could finish all God's murdering of men, women and children so to steal their
land. God takes orders from murderous men, C&V.
II Kings 1:16-17
Elijah told King Ahaziah: Because the King sent messengers to inquire about Beelzebub, he’ll die. He died.
II Kings 2:8 Elijah
struck the river Jordan and it divided.
Both Elijah and Elisha walked over on dry land. Once there, God sent flaming horses and chariots between them and took Elijah
up to Heaven in a whirlwind (without dying).
This "vehicle" could be
described to be a type of "flying-saucer" somewhat like the "vehicles" described in the first chapter of the book of
Ezekiel.
Elisha
I Kings 2:14 Elisha struck
the water, it divided and he crossed over.
Like Moses and Elijah,
Elisha parted a body of water. What nonsense.
II Kings 2:23-24 Elisha,
(God's prophet) goes to Bethel. Some little children
called him bald-head. Elisha cursed them, in God's name, and two she bears came out of the woods and tore 42 of the children
to pieces. KJV & Catholic
What? Is this pure insanity
or what? Are you sure you believe the Bible? Are you sure the Biblical God is a "God of Love"? How do you explain II Kings
2:23-24 to your children?
II Kings 4:32-35
Elisha found a dead child, laid on him, gave him mouth to mouth; the child came to life.
Isn’t this the first
Biblical resurrection? Is it supposed to make up for the 42 little children Elisha cursed to death? How miraculous is Jesus'
resurrection if others had already come back to life? It somewhat dilutes its importance for some logical minds. It certainly
would not impress a realist of it being factual.
II Kings 6:18 Elisha prayed
for God to smite people Blind. God did.
II Kings 8:7-15 Elisha
(lied) told Hazael to tell Ben-Hadad he will recover. However, God showed Elisha he would in fact die. Elisha said
(to God): I know You will dash their little children to pieces and lay open their pregnant women.
There is just no room in these
criminal stories for idealism and feel-good. This is NOT a loving God. If you believe these Bible C&Vs, how
can you still support this Biblical God? Do you truly love this God? Isn't the Bible evidence that "monkey-mind" still leads
human morality?
Some fundamentalist believers
behave as if the Bible should always be taken literally - unless its convenient not to. “I’ve
made up my mind; don’t confuse me with the facts.”
Do
most religions demonize others just to justify their own agendas?
Gideon
Judges 6:15-16 Gideon said to God: My family is the meanest in Manasseh, and I am the most significant in my father’s
house. God said: I (God) will be with you and you will cut down Midian to the last man. Catholic
Judges 7:25 They carried the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon…
Judges 8:10 120,000 soldiers fell.
Judges
8:21 Gideon murdered prisoners Zebah and Zalmunna.
Judges
8:30 Gideon had 70 sons for he had many wives.
What
a Godly, heroic guy!
Judges
8:24-27 Gideon asked for rings from the booty, made an idol and all of Israel paid idolatrous homage which caused the ruin
of Gideon and his family as they did not follow God.
Isn’t
this a parallel Bible story to Aaron, Moses' brother, making the golden-calf idol from earrings?
God’s
people always seem to abandon Him in the end. God obviously does not choose His people well - and proves not to be
liked for long by most of His followers.
This work has researched and documented a lot of information. It is bound to have made mistakes. I, Gary DeVaney, do not claim this work to be totally accurate, but, I do claim that any
mistakes are honest mistakes. As its author / editor, I have no intention to deceive anyone. The Bible contradicts itself
in many places so some “errors” may just be based on Its own numerous contradictions. Not all contradictions,
by source, are listed. If you find an error please submit your Biblical evidence. Upon verification, it will
be corrected. It does have to be chapter and verse to be considered. For the best source of identified Bible errancy
and contradictions, get:
The Encyclopedia of Biblical Errancy by C. Dennis McKinsey.
Joab
II Samuel
2:14-16 Abner said to Joab: Let the young men perform for us. Joab replied: All right! 12 of Ishbaal’s Benjamites and
12 of David’s servants squared off. Then each one grasped his opponent’s head and thrust his sword into his opponent’s
side and they all fell down together.
Now that what I call entertainment. Joab, King David's General, has this kind of mentality. Oh - my - Gawd!
II Samuel 3:1-37 Joab came back from murdering, bringing much plunder. He asked David: Why did you let Abner go?
He was here to deceive you. Without David’s knowledge, Joab sent for Abner, privately took him aside and murdered him,
in vengeance (for killing his brother in self-defense.) David declared: Before God, I and my Kingdom are forever innocent.
Joab is responsible. May Joab’s family never be without suffering a discharge, or a leper, or of being unmanly, or of
falling on the sword or of starving.
II Samuel 11:1 David sent out Joab and the army and they ravaged Ammon.
II Samuel
11 David told Joab to send Uriah in so Uriah can have sex with his wife, Bathsheba, and think the child to be his. Uriah
won’t have sex with his wife while his troops suffer in battle. David sends Uriah back into battle with a letter telling
Joab to put him in a killing zone so that he will die. Uriah does die.
Wasn’t
Uriah Joab’s personal armor bearer?
II Samuel 18 The King commanded Joab and for all to know: Be gentle with young Absalom, my son, for my sake. Absalom’s
mule passed under branches which his hair got caught in and he hung there (alive). Someone saw him there and reported it to
Joab. Joab asked: Why didn’t you kill him? I would have given you 50 pieces of silver. The man replied to Joab: If I
had 1,000 pieces of silver, I would not harm the King’s son as he told you to protect his son for his sake. Joab replied:
I will not waste time with you and taking 3 darts in hand thrust for the heart of Absalom still hanging from the tree, alive.
Next, 10 of Joab’s men killed Absalom with further blows.
II Samuel 19 David cried for Absalom. Joab said: You have put all your servants to shame today by loving those
who hate you.
II Samuel
20:9-10 Joab asked Amasa: How are you my brother? With his right hand Joab held Amasa’s beard as if to kiss him and
with his other hand stabbed him so that his guts burst out on the ground.
Isn’t
Joab the absolute model for all your sons?
Solomon had Joab murdered.
Can you define Judeo-Christian ethics? Which of God’s heroes abided by them?
Jehu
II Kings 9:6-7 God
said: I will appoint Jehu King of Israel.
You shall destroy the house of Ahab, your master.
II Kings 9:16-24
Jehu drove his chariot to Jezreel where Joram lay ill. Joram sent 2 drivers to Jehu to ask if all is well. Then, he drove
to Jehu, himself, and Jehu put an arrow through his heart.
II Kings 9:27 Jehu
then chased King Ahaziah of Judah and
murdered him too.
II Kings 9:30-37
Jehu ordered 3 eunuchs to throw Jezebel out of a window to the street below. Her blood spilled. Jehu drove over her body,
stopped, ate, drank and ordered her buried as she was a King's daughter. They found only her skull, hands and feet as the
dogs ate her in accordance to God's prophesy. The corps of Jezebel was said to be like dung in the field.
II Kings 10:6-17
Jehu slew Ahab’s descendants; 70 of them were Princes. He put their heads in baskets and
piled them in two heaps at the entrance of the city. He then found 42 more relatives and murdered them all. He then
slew all that remained of Ahab’s family.
II Kings 10:19-27 Jehu
summoned all the Baal prophets, by lying. He proclaimed he would give a great sacrifice to Baal. Jehu also proclaimed that
whoever was absent shall not live. They trusted Jehu and came, without exception, into the temple of Baal. Jehu stationed 80 men around
the temple with orders: If any one of them gets away, you will pay for it with your life. After offering the sacrifice,
Jehu said to the guards: Go in and slay them. They murdered them all, then smashed down the building of Baal into a latrine.
Catholic
Jehu is a liar and a
mass murderer for the Biblical God.
Nebuchadnezzar
Jeremiah 27:6 God said: I now have given
all these lands to Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon, - My servant.
Pastor Arnold Murray summerized that: God
is in control and used King Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon, to slaughter and capture God's "chosen" Jews and Jerusalem
- to teach them a lesson. This King was an enemy of the Jews yet King Nebuchadnezzar actually wrote a portion of
the Bible.
Lewis
Smedes: Commitment in theater is also true in preaching a sermon. On Friday night I wrestle with my doubts – is it really
true? On Sunday morning I can preach on the same subject so committed undoubtedly. On Monday, I might be wrestling with doubts
again.
Holman
Bible Dictionary: Saul did NOT struggle to eliminate Baalism.
Saul
named his son "Eshbaal" (man of Baal). I Chronicles 8:33.
Jonathan
had a son, "Merib-baal" (I Chronicles 8:34).
David
named a son "Beeliada" (Baal knows I Chronicles 14:7).
Here is certain evidence that "God’s chosen" always kept homage with the god, Baal.
Why do most believers respond adversely, frightfully and painfully to new Biblical C&V knowledge?
Prophets
Hosea 9:7 The prophet is a fool, the man of the spirit is mad...
Micah 3:5 Prophets make My people error...
Lamentations 2:14 Your prophets have seen for you - false, deceptive visions.
I Kings 20:35-36
God caused a prophet to say to his companion: Strike me. The companion refused. God's prophet said: Since you did not obey
the voice of God, when we part a lion will kill you. When they parted a lion killed him.
I Kings 22:19-23
God, after holding counsel with His Angels, permits His prophets to lie and deceive others on His behalf. God put a
lying spirit in the mouths of all these prophets of yours and decreed evil against you.
Jeremiah 23:16 God said: Don’t listen to the words of the prophets. They speak of their own heart and
not out of the mouth of God.
Ezekiel 14:9 If a prophet be deceived, I, God, deceived that prophet.

Biblical Heroines

Genesis
3:6 Eve disobeyed God, ate the forbidden fruit; then gave it to Adam to eat.
Genesis 18:15 Sarah, Abraham’s wife and half-sister lied and went to be a wife to Pharaoh.
Webster's dictionary: Lie: To utter falsehood with an intention to deceive; to utter falsehoods habitually. To cause
an incorrect impression. To present a misleading appearance.
God's
female heroes are not beyond lying as well as the males.
Genesis 31:34-35 Rachel deceived her father.
Judges 4:21 Jael murdered Sisera. She drove a tent-pin through his head with a hammer while he slept.
The Bible is the purest art; wherein, the definitions of good and evil get transposed. Believers who read the Bible
and still support it prove to be dyslexic.
Genesis
38:15-27 Tamar prostituted herself and seduced Judah, the father of her late husband.
Tamar
sold sex and was in Jesus Christ's lineage and bloodline.
Joshua 2:8-13 Rahab, the harlot, was a traitor to her people. She was a great, great grandmother of King David and
a blood lineage of Jesus Christ.
II Samuel 11 Bathsheba appeared to be a willing adulteress.
Do believers want these “ladies” to become the models of their little girls?
Jesus Christ
Luke
1927: Jesus Christ said: "And, as for those who would not have Me be King over them - bring them before Me and slay them".
Revelation
2: Jesus Christ, the "Son of Man" said that He would also kill the harlot's children.
Jesus
Christ lost me on account of these 2 Bible Chapters & Verses. GWD
The "Apocrapha"
consists of books and stories submitted that did not make it into the Bible. There was a story that Jesus, as a child,
was playing on the roof of a house with another little boy. Jesus knocked the other little boy off the roof and the fall killed
him. When Jesus came down, the people cried to Jesus "Why did you do that?" Jesus told them to get off His back and then brought
the little boy back to life.
Why do believers tend to lie concerning their descriptions of God and the Bible?
The 66 books of the “Canon” Bible were voted on by "The Counsel(s) of Nicea" between 325 -
400 AD by the same bunch who maintained that the Earth was flat and the center of the Universe.
Doesn't
the Bible prove that "truths" are competed for, voted on and chosen? "Facts" afford no such luxury.
